The Above & Beyond Award recognizes an employee who demonstrated exceptional dedication, commitment, and performance in their role. They have gone ‘above and beyond’ their regular duties to make a significant impact on patients, colleagues, or the organization as a whole. The Above & Beyond Award is a way to acknowledge and appreciate the outstanding efforts of employees in the Lower Umpqua Hospital District.

Nomination Process: Any employee, patient, or visitor can nominate an employee for the award. Nominations should include specific examples of how the nominee has exceeded expectations. The nomination process can be done through an online form (QR Code linked below), or a physical nomination box located in the LUH main lobby.
