Regular scheduled monthly Board meetings are held on the last Wednesday of each month at 7:30 am in the conference room of the Hospital (except for the combined November/December meeting).

The next regular meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 7:30 am. The meeting is virtually available via Teams. Instructions will be included with the agenda and available here a week prior to the meeting.
Lower Umpqua Hospital District is committed to conducting all meetings in compliance with Oregon’s Public Meetings Law (ORS 192.610-192.690). Members of the public who believe the District has not followed these requirements may file a grievance.
