Regular scheduled monthly Board meetings are held on the last Wednesday of each month at 7:30 am in the conference room of the Hospital (except for the combined November/December meeting).

The next regular meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 7:30 am. The meeting is virtually available via Teams. Instructions will be included with the agenda and available here a week prior to the meeting.
The LUHD Budget Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 12noon. The meeting is virtually available via Teams. Instructions are included on the agenda in the attached budget document.
Lower Umpqua Hospital District is committed to conducting all meetings in compliance with Oregon’s Public Meetings Law (ORS 192.610-192.690). Members of the public who believe the District has not followed these requirements may file a grievance.
