Regular scheduled monthly Board meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 am in the conference room of the Hospital (except for the combined November/December meeting).

Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Lower Umpqua Hospital District, County of Douglas, and State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year, July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, will be held at Lower Umpqua Hospital 600 Ranch Road, Reedsport, OR 97467. The meeting will take place on Tuesday May 14, 2024, at 12:00 pm. View the agenda here.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message, to receive comment from the public on the budget, and to review and approve the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear or call in to the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 14, 2024, at LUHD Administration Office, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.
